Click on the Home button from the header.
Click on the Sign On button from the header.
Enter in your CRL Username and Password.
Click on the Sign On button.
Once you are logged in the button will say Sign Off.

Enter in the CRL catalog number, and click on the Search button.
Click the Product from the search results.
Express Ordering

Click on the Express Ordering button from the menu.
Search
Click on the Home button from the header.
Click on the Search button from the menu.
Enter in the CRL catalog number and/or search phrase, and press Go.
Find a Service Center Nearest You
Click on the CRL Service Centers button from the menu.
Click on the Country location button from the menu.
Locate the Service Center location nearest you from the listed Service Center locations.
Troubleshooting Tips
Q: My Android Phone won't let me type anything?
A: You may need to turn off XT9 Predictive text. You can uncheck this on your keypad settings.
Q: What platforms are supported?
A: The CRL Mobile site is developed using the latest JQuery Mobile. It has broad support for the vast majority of all modern desktop, smartphone, tablet, and e-reader platforms. In addition, feature phones and older browsers are supported because of the progressive enhancement approach.
