UV30L is a photo-curing adhesive that is able to cure rapidly under the ultraviolet light (365nm) or visible light (436nm) and exhibits excellent adhesion strength. UV30L is designed with low viscosity and high permeability in order to meet the requirements for glass face-to-face bonding or T-type bonding. Additionally, this resin can be applied through penetrating to achieve better glue line at the edge.

1. The product should be dispensed from applicators with black feed lines. Shelf Life: 18 months from lot # date on label 2. For best performance, bond surfaces should be clean and free from grease. 3. Cure rate is dependent on various factors such as lamp intensity, distance from light source, depth of cure needed or bond line gap and light transmittance of the substrate through which the radiation must pass. Test before use. 4. Excess uncured adhesive can be wiped away with organic solvent. 5. Bonds should be allowed to cool before subjecting to any service loads.
