    The CRL European Mid-Size Wall Mount Transom Patch is used to support a transom from a side jamb. Intended for use with EUR420 European Mid-Size Top Door Patch Fitting to allow for a double acting door. A 1NT306 Transom Patch Door Stop Insert can be used to create a single acting door.
