Cut Down on Production Time with the CRL Kett K200 Electric Power Shear
The Kett K200 Electric Power Shear is recommend by the CRL team and used by automotive professionals to cut panels for installing our van windows. Capable of cutting and notching 18-gauge stainless steel, the CRL Kett Electric Power Shear produces smooth, even cuts up to 180 degrees. The 7/32" waste curl leaves both sides of the cut straight, clean, and without distortions. It significantly reduces production time and pre-installation prepping such as grinding out rough edges. The Kett K200 Electric Power Shear is also ideal for sunroof installation.

Ensure the Perfect Bond with Our POWR Primerless Urethane and 300 Series Primer
When installing windows that require a high-strength adhesive, we recommend our POWR Primerless 301HV Urethane. The formula is designed to quickly bond to all automotive glass surfaces and frits. CRL POWR Bond Urethanes are trusted in the industry and are made specifically for the professional automotive glass installer. It’s great for installing CRL rear van windows or CRL truck sliding windows. The POWR Primerless 301HV Urethane has a tensile strength of 1000 psi and a lap shear strength of 200 psi at full cure.

To ensure proper prepping during installation, use our urethane with our POWR 300 Series Pinchweld Primer. The primer is formulated to improve adhesion to repaired rust areas and repainted pinchwelds. It can also be used to touch up scratches on metal.
